A telecommunications company is seeking a Fiber Optic Technician in João Pessoa (Jardim Veneza). **Responsibilities:** Lay fiber optic cables in commercial and residential projects. Construct and install fiber optic infrastructure. Perform optical splicing, installations, repairs for cable breaks, and maintenance on optical networks. Conduct continuity, power, and optical link quality tests using appropriate equipment. Perform customer and network link activations, preventive and corrective maintenance. Lay, organize, and identify cables, enclosures, distribution boxes, and other elements of the optical plant. Clean and prepare fibers, connectors, and accessories to ensure link performance. Respond to technical support calls, ensuring adherence to deadlines, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Previous experience as a Fiber Optic Installer, Optical Networks Specialist, Telecommunications Technician, or Network Engineer may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
