Join the \#teamblue! **Commercial Operator Position \- Maringá (PR):** Are you passionate about sales, enjoy being out in the field, talking with people, and closing great deals? You will perform the following activities: Responsible for prospecting, training, and retaining banking correspondents (legal entities), operating in regions of interest to the company. Your primary objective is to continuously drive financing business generation between individual customers referred by these correspondents and the company, directly contributing to increased profitability. What we seek: * Commercial profile, with enthusiasm for sales and targets; * Results-oriented, with determination to achieve and exceed monthly targets; * Strong communication skills and empathy in customer service; * Organization and proactivity. Requirements: * Resident of Maringá (PR); * Valid driver's license required; * Bachelor's degree preferred in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Experience in customer service, sales, and prospecting new customers, aiming to meet quality targets and results; * Experience maintaining a customer portfolio; * Proficiency in Excel required; * Communication and negotiation skills; * Willingness to travel. Working Hours: 6 hours per day (Monday to Friday, with a 15-minute break).
