Job Summary: We are seeking an IT intern to assist with hardware, software, network, and infrastructure support, ensuring problem resolution and optimal system performance. Key Highlights: 1. Register in our talent pool, and as soon as an opportunity better aligned with your background arises, we’ll reach out! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in IT ticket handling and follow-up, ensuring timely problem resolution. * Provide hardware, software, printer, and network support, including equipment installation and configuration. * Support user, network, and IT infrastructure management. * Perform administrative tasks and monitor outsourced services. * Carry out other related duties or tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an Information Technology degree program or related field, or completing a Technical course in IT; * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM. **Additional Information** * Internship stipend: BRL 1,250.00; * Meal card; * Gympass; * Transportation allowance; * And more.
