Receive visitors, route inquiries, and manage the unit's calendar. Support the sales team in initial lead qualification. Make proactive calls to schedule visits, meetings, or demonstrations. Update customer information in the CRM. Confirm appointments and track attendance. Provide basic administrative support to the sales department. Assist in organizing reception materials and routines. Previous experience as a Hotel Receptionist, Reception Assistant, Secretary, or Customer Service Representative may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
