Collaborates in preparing reports and metrics for the department The HR Assistant is responsible for supporting administrative and operational routines within the Human Resources department, performing activities such as onboarding, offboarding, vacation management, leaves of absence, licenses, benefits administration, e\-Social submission and verification, ensuring process efficiency, legal compliance, and effective client service. This professional works under supervision and plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR department activities. * Assist in the onboarding process of new employees, completing documents, collecting information, and conducting basic orientation. * Provide client support for HR-related requests (terminations, vacations, medical certificates, and other inquiries). * Verify and enter data into the time-tracking system. * Support the submission and verification of records in e\-Social. * Prepare and monitor biweekly advance payroll. * Prepare, verify, and monitor payroll processing. * Prepare and submit monthly labor obligations via e\-Social. * Monitor collective bargaining agreements and collective labor agreements. * Perform company configuration in the system. * Execute FGTS recalculations as needed. * Conduct onboarding processes according to client requirements. * Manage employee time tracking, verifying records, entering data into the system, and resolving discrepancies. * Assist in the offboarding process of employees, preparing documentation, calculating severance payments, and advising on rights and responsibilities. * Manage employee benefits, including transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, health insurance plans, and others. * Maintain up-to-date employee records and files, ensuring organization and information security. * Provide support to employees, clarifying doubts, guiding them on internal procedures, and assisting with HR-related matters. * Collaborate in preparing reports and metrics for the department, providing necessary data and information for analysis and decision-making. * Participate in training and development programs related to HR department routines to enhance knowledge and skills. * Perform other administrative and operational tasks as required and directed by the immediate supervisor.
