Manage technical documentation and record project progress **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise civil construction activities, mechanical installations, and industrial services; * Monitor service execution to ensure compliance with project specifications, scope, and quality standards; * Verify adherence to technical procedures and engineering specifications. * Conduct technical supervision of service and construction contracts; * Verify quantities executed on-site; * Record and validate measurement reports in SAP Fieldglass; * Manage technical documentation and execution records. * Monitor physical schedules of projects; * Identify deviations in schedule, scope, or cost; * Report physical progress and any constraints to project management. * Supervise compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations; * Ensure adherence to internal company procedures and regulatory standards (NRs); * Support safety inspections and risk control at work fronts. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum 2 years of experience supervising industrial construction projects. * Technical degree in Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Reside in Barra dos Coqueiros/SE or nearby region, or be available to relocate. * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings (civil and mechanical); * Knowledge of physical measurement of contracts; * Experience in supervision of construction works and industrial installations; * Proficiency in computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Desired experience with SAP and/or SAP Fieldglass for measurement and contract management; * Basic knowledge of construction planning and control.
