Customer service and support to various departments Responsible for supporting the department's administrative and operational routines, ensuring organization, agility, and compliance with internal processes, contributing to the efficient operation of store activities. Responsibilities \* Enter and manage data in spreadsheets and internal systems. \* Organize, archive, and digitize physical and electronic documents. \* Support inventory control for incoming and outgoing materials, requisitions, and service orders. \* Assist in monitoring administrative indicators and reports. \* Respond to internal requests from other departments, providing support to technical teams and management. \* Handle telephone, in-person, and email inquiries, forwarding requests to responsible personnel. \* Support procurement processes, receipt and verification of invoices, and support tender-related procedures. \* Comply with company-established safety, quality, and environmental standards and procedures. Requirements \* Completed high school education. \* Technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Accounting, or related fields (in progress or completed) are desirable. \* Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably in the commercial sector. \* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). \* Dynamic and organized. \* Proactive and eager to learn.
