About the Program: The program lasts up to two years, renewed semiannually. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the corporate Education and Training process; * Assist in organizing and executing educational courses and projects; * Prepare reports and issue course certificates; * Maintain training records (attendance and photographs); * Register courses on the distance learning (EAD) platform; * Support employees accessing EAD courses and resolving related queries; * Support programs such as: Study Grant, Young Apprentice, Internship, Integration, and Ambassadors. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources Management (at any higher education institution accredited by the MEC); * Enrolled from the **4th Semester** onward, and no more than one year away from graduation; * Interest in working on human development, corporate education, and institutional programs; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and ease of use with digital platforms; * Availability for **6 hours per day** (08:00–12:00 \- 13:00–15:00\), **Monday to Friday**. **Additional Information** **What We Offer?** * Career Development; * Mentoring; * Project Participation; * Systemic Business Vision; * Market-competitive stipend; * Transportation Allowance; * Life Insurance. **Join the new generation of Energisa!** -------------------------------------------------- ### **Working with energy is a daily challenge.
