Opportunity to collaborate and innovate in marketing strategies The **Marketing Assistant** is the professional responsible for supporting the planning and execution of marketing activities, contributing to brand promotion, campaign organization, and monitoring of communication and audience engagement strategies. We operate with ethics, transparency, and quality, prioritizing a collaborative work environment and excellent service to our customers. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, create, and execute marketing content to promote the company and its products/services; * Produce and record institutional and promotional content, supporting the creation of videos and audiovisual materials for social media and digital channels; * Develop visual assets and communication cards for campaigns, internal announcements, and marketing initiatives; * Support the management and updating of the company's social media accounts, contributing ideas for content and engagement strategies; * Collaborate in organizing and executing campaigns, promotional actions, and institutional events; * Monitor market trends and communication opportunities that strengthen brand presence; * Contribute creative ideas and actively participate in building marketing strategies, transforming plans into practical actions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Creativity, organization, and attention to detail in developing content and visual materials; * Ability to work effectively in teams and maintain a collaborative attitude; * Proficiency in basic computer tools (Microsoft Office); * Familiarity with or interest in graphic design and content editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar; * Interest in producing content for social media, campaigns, and corporate communication activities; * Proactivity and initiative to propose ideas and support the execution of marketing activities. **Preferred Qualifications** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields; * Experience or exposure to social media management, graphic design, or content recording.
