Work Location: Itabaiana/SE **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise the quality of executed services, completing reports and daily construction logs together with the site supervisor, documenting executed services with photographs, internally managing equipment rented for the project, and complying with project specifications under supervision; * Verify daily the contractor’s on-site workforce, reporting to the site supervisor and informing the HR department of personnel assignments; * Monitor Daily Safety Dialogue (DDS) in compliance with company standards and procedures; * Supervise technological controls on site, usage of materials (formwork, steel, concrete, etc.), and improvement works for access roads to Water Treatment Plants (WTPs) and/or Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs); * Prepare weekly physical progress charts, gathering necessary information for subcontractor measurement preparation; * Prepare documentation packages for drawings, including organizing, copying, interleaving, and binding as requested, meeting all required standards; * Operate company vehicles when external service duties require, ensuring safety and adherence to established traffic regulations. * Comply with sustainability standards (safety, hygiene, quality, environmental preservation, health, and the 5S methodology). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Education * Technical Degree in Building Construction * Preferred: Enrolled in Civil Engineering program * Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Driver’s License Category B At Iguá Saneamento, we value diversity in all contexts and strive to foster an ethical and inclusive culture at all times.
