Job Mission Serve POS with a focus on building and developing relationships through solid partnerships and consulting services, aiming for sustainable and profitable growth in product market share, considering synergy across departments and market trends. Develop monthly sales plans with weekly execution at POS, based on customer profile and purchase history analysis, in coordination with management of the assets they hold. Negotiate trade marketing activities while managing consumer selling price. Ensure flawless execution of assets and visual communication. Key Responsibilities Develop solid, trustworthy relationships through clear, effective, and transparent commercial proposals, as well as by overseeing the entire sales cycle (POS contact, negotiations, accurate order capture, open invoices, trade marketing activities, interdepartmental relationship management, and other related actions). Understand the POS (average transaction value, objectives, buyer profile, consumer profile, purchasing behavior, market context, potential, etc.) and translate insights into standardized profiles to drive actionable strategies. Ensure accuracy of client registration data within your portfolio, requesting updates only when compliant with company guidelines. Conduct research processes upon request, adhering strictly to compliance directives. Develop monthly and weekly sales plans, analyzing POS profile and sales history. Conduct visits (customer service) to all POS within your daily coverage area according to the routing schedule established by the technical department, executing the sales representative’s core routine at POS to achieve targets through accurate FDS-based sales. Manage client portfolio assets with a focus on meeting targets. Stay aligned with company strategies. Negotiate trade marketing activities while managing consumer selling price. Prospect new POS. Safeguard all tools provided by the company, ensuring proper handling and maintenance per company guidelines.
