Job Summary: This Sales and Visual Merchandising Assistant will be responsible for implementing merchandising standards and delighting customers, with a focus on fashion and the shopping experience. The mission of this Sales and Visual Merchandising Assistant is to implement and guide all merchandising standards together with the store leadership team, always prioritizing the customer with full commitment to exceeding their needs and delivering effective solutions that surprise and delight them. **Responsibilities and Duties** • Implement and guide all merchandising standards together with the store leadership team; • Train new team members; • Develop team members regarding fashion production and Visual Merchandising standards; • Conduct specific training sessions together with store leadership; • Delight customers throughout the sales process by providing attentive and supportive service whenever needed, ensuring the best possible shopping experience; • Serve the general public. **Requirements and Qualifications** • Completed high school education; • Enjoy interacting with and serving the public; • Passion for fashion; • Experience in Visual Merchandising is desirable. **Additional Information** Learn more about our benefits! \*Check eligibility based on your position.
