With a solid aesthetic repertoire, technical proficiency, and artistic sensitivity, this professional creates, develops, and finalizes assets for integrated campaigns, ensuring visual consistency across various platforms and materials. Their work directly contributes to building brand identity, strengthening communication, and enhancing the quality of the creative team’s deliverables. Responsibilities and Duties * Create and develop key visuals (KVs) for integrated communication campaigns, adhering to strategic visual concepts; * Develop complete visual identities (print and digital); * Produce assets for email marketing and CRM nurturing workflows; * Create offline and online materials while maintaining visual and technical consistency; * Ensure technical and aesthetic quality of deliverables, respecting brand guidelines; * Actively participate in the creative process, providing references and suggestions; * Oversee asset finalization to ensure technical accuracy and visual excellence. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields; * Proven experience in art direction or graphic design; * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign); * Portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical mastery, and strategic vision; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks; * Strong communication, collaboration, and proactive teamwork abilities. 2512040202181900638
