We seek an operational profile that combines technical agility with commitment to quality. Selection Requirements Education: Completed high school. Experience: Minimum of 6 months of documented work experience. Technical Proficiency: Mandatory hands-on experience with the MIG welding process. Desired Profile and Attitudes Agility: Ability to prepare and weld frames of various dimensions within the time frame set by production. Proactivity: Initiative to identify optimal methods for performing daily tasks. Carefulness and Responsibility: Proper handling of work tools and impeccable punctuality. Physical Residence: Suitability to work in an industrial environment with constant exposure to heat and noise. Preferred Qualification: Ability to independently read and interpret technical drawings. Compensation and Benefits Salary: R$ 1\.891,97\.Flash Card: R$ 300,00\.Work Schedule: 44 hours per week.
