We are an industry benchmark, consistently committed to providing reliable products and specialized customer service. **2 Open Positions: External Sales Representative** **Location:** Itabaiana **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM **What We Are Looking For?** **Education:** Completed High School **Must have personal transportation** **Sales experience required** **Desired Skills:** Strong communication (verbal and written), organization, planning, proactivity, time management, negotiation skills, and ability to work with goals and performance indicators. **Responsibilities:** * Understand customer needs and present products consultatively, highlighting benefits and differentiators; * Serve customers courteously and professionally, providing information or clarifying doubts; * Conduct negotiations focused on delivering value to the customer and achieving company goals; * Maintain post-sale contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and open doors for new opportunities or referrals; * Stay updated on industry developments and market trends to maintain a current sales pitch; * Prepare daily visit reports detailing topics presented to customers and recording feedback received, ensuring more effective tracking of needs and opportunities; * Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop sales strategies that add value and better serve customers, boosting company results. **Preferred Qualification:** Technical knowledge of optical products and consultative selling skills. **NOTE:** Sales coverage across the entire state of Sergipe. **What We Offer?** Collaborative work environment!
