Perform maintenance in production areas, warehouses, and offices. Prepare and apply mortar, concrete, and other construction materials. Measure, cut, and adjust construction materials according to plans or requirements. Assist in assembling metallic or complementary structures when necessary. Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and safety. Comply with occupational safety standards and factory regulations. Previous experience as a Construction Worker, Mason's Helper, Foreman, or Plumber may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
