**Work Location: Lagarto, Sergipe**
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Analyze system management reports and propose actions for process improvement or problem resolution;
* Monitor KPIs (key performance indicators) related to customer service, billing, and revenue collection, providing support in resolving issues identified during service delivery or by customers, in accordance with company-defined practices;
* Analyze customer volume and billing data to ensure accurate billing and clarify customer inquiries;
* Manage field operations (meter readers and inspectors), supporting them in addressing daily doubts, problems, or requests—ensuring quality customer service and fulfillment of service orders (SO);
* Review invoices and social tariff registrations to ensure compliance with internal procedures and current legislation;
* Approve operational requests, service orders (SO), and meter reading schedules, cross-checking reading data against revenue, volume, and connections to ensure data accuracy and requesting revisions as needed.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and Python;
* Data analysis skills; negotiation techniques;
* Driver’s license category B.
