Job Summary: Responsible for the full management of the store, including operations, team, customer service, inventory control, and training. Key Highlights: 1. Employee development and training Responsible for store opening and closing; cash register opening and closing; supervising the entire store team; maintaining stock levels in freezers and counters; overseeing all aspects of customer service; controlling ice cream and supply inventory; conducting training and refresher sessions for employees.
