Planning and implementation of pedagogical and recreational activities **Description** PEDAGOGY INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY AT A HOTEL IN ARACAJU **Responsibilities** Support in organizing and delivering internal training. Development of teaching materials (handouts, slides, informational bulletin boards). Monitoring of onboarding programs for new employees. Support to the HR department in planning team learning initiatives. Planning and implementation of pedagogical and recreational activities. Monitoring of organizational climate and promotion of positive interpersonal relationships. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in a Pedagogy program with interest in thesis research focusing on Autism and ADHD. **Benefits** Transportation allowance.
