We seek someone who enjoys interacting with people, pays attention to detail, and is willing to grow alongside the company while delivering an exceptional experience to our customers. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages (coffee, cappuccinos, lattes, teas, non-alcoholic drinks, among others); * Greet and serve customers at the counter courteously and efficiently; * Present the beverage menu, clarify questions, and suggest pairings; * Operate coffee machines and other cafeteria equipment; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the bar/cafe area, utensils, and equipment; * Assist with inventory control, restocking, and monitoring ingredient expiration dates; * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and internal standards. **Competencies:** * Strong communication skills and customer service orientation; * Organization, efficiency, and attention to detail; * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure; * Professional demeanor and accountability; * Interest in learning and developing within the cafeteria field. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary or high school education; * Experience preparing cafeteria beverages; * Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. **Salary negotiable** Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.000,00 – R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
