Development and implementation of HR programs **Description:** We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Analyst to join our team and play a strategic role in people management, supporting leaders and employees in key HR processes. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the application of best practices in talent management, labor relations, and organizational development, aligning people policies with company objectives. Requirements: 1\. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. 2\. Postgraduate degree/MBA in People Management, Human Resources, or Organizational Leadership is considered a plus. 3\. Experience in senior-level positions. 4\. Advanced knowledge of labor legislation, union relations, and strategic HR management. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Lead recruitment and selection processes for strategic and specialized positions. 2\. Develop and implement training, development, and succession programs. 3\. Conduct performance evaluations and propose continuous improvement plans. 4\. Design and review compensation and benefits plans. 5\. Promote employee engagement, organizational climate, and corporate culture initiatives. 6\. Utilize HR analytics tools and HR management systems (SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors). **Requirements:** * BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN PSYCHOLOGY, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, HR, OR RELATED FIELDS. * PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN A SENIOR-LEVEL POSITION **Salary:** To be negotiated **Working Hours:** Standard business hours, Monday through Friday. **Work Days:** Monday to Friday Compensation: R$2.983,52 \- R$3.500,00 per month Work Location: On-site
