People Development: Conduct training, provide continuous feedback, and create individual development plans for employees. Performance Monitoring: Track performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, average transaction value, items per service, and NPS. Goal Management: Define priorities, hold the team accountable for results, and develop action plans when performance falls below established targets. Operational Routine: Organize store processes, schedule planning, and delegate tasks efficiently. Customer Service: Ensure high-quality service standards and resolve conflicts maturely.
