Job Summary: Internship in HR with focus on job posting and candidate sourcing, resume screening, scheduling and conducting online interviews, and supporting selection processes. Key Highlights: 1. Remote work with flexibility **Responsibilities:** * Post and source job openings; * Screen resumes on the current platform; * Conduct initial contact with candidates; * Schedule interviews; * Conduct online interviews; * Update status of selection processes; * Update tracking spreadsheets; * Support communication with managers and candidates; * Acquire new contracts and new candidates. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organized and responsible * Interest in learning about R\&S * Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets, Canva * Organized and eager to learn * Good communication and responsibility * Organized and detail-oriented Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 24 months Compensation: Starting from R$600.00 per month Work Location: Remote
