




Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the quality management system; coordinating training; and pursuing continuous improvement of area processes. Pursuit of continuous improvement and technological updating **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Monitor processes and procedures required to execute and comply with the quality area's action plans, following company-established guidelines; Plan and implement the quality management system, monitoring adoption of market models used by the company, ensuring planning of area programs to comply with legislation, internal/external policies and standards, and necessary certifications; Monitor quality area procedures and indicators, control documents, manage non-conformities detected in the system, and implement corrective and preventive action plans as needed; Coordinate quality management procedure training, disseminating information to involved parties; Seek continuous improvement of services and processes inherent to the area, staying updated on industry trends and new tools, resources, and technologies available in the market; Propose necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with internal and certification audits, guaranteeing audit management and execution; Coordinate, plan, and monitor activities related to evaluating compliance with the sampling plan, quality of treated and distributed water, and effluent from sewage treatment plants through laboratory analyses; Monitor implementation of the quality management system governance model, per ISO 17025 and ISO 9001 standards; Plan and implement the Excellence in Environmental Sanitation Management Model (AMEGSA ESG), part of the National Quality Award in Sanitation, where applicable; Coordinate the area, ensuring proper administration of financial, administrative, and human resources; Comply with internal standards related to quality, environment, compliance, occupational health and safety, and other areas, aiming for continuous improvement. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed Bachelor's degree (Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Sanitary Engineering, or related fields) Postgraduate degree in chemistry/environmental sciences, project management, or related fields preferred Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 or ISO 17025 interpretation) preferred Internal quality procedures Experience in people management **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** Fixed salary + Meal allowance R$35.00 per day + Food basket (R$145.00) + Transportation allowance Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Compensation: R$9,000.00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
