Basic sanitation in Brazil is currently undergoing transformation, marked by new expansion projects. Aligned with our DNA, we aim to foster a sustainable, developmental, and safe work environment. **Work Location: Lagarto, Sergipe** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Enter bill adjustments into the system according to instructions received from the company; * Provide support in scheduling teams assigned to the customer service area; * Open service orders upon customer request and forward them to field teams; * Assist in preparing reports on revenue collection, billing, or inspection services performed for management presentation; * Record meter readings in cases of anomalies, following internal procedures and average consumption; * Monitor billed volume versus customer meter readings. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
