Aligned with our DNA, we aim to foster a sustainable, developmental, and safe work environment. **Work Location: Lagarto, Sergipe** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Guide commercial teams regarding customer service tasks (refresher trainings and training sessions); * Issue, verify, analyze, and forward required spreadsheets and reports, as well as enter and update data in computerized systems; * Analyze and provide solutions to meet customer requests, complying with the company's established regulations; * Provide administrative support to leadership through information reporting, indicator development, and related activities; * Serve customers via communication channels (in person, phone, e\-mail, among others); * Assess feasibility for executing services requested by customers; * Negotiate outstanding customer debts for payment, according to company-established rules; requesting support and approval for cases outside internal policies; * Conduct on-site visits to assess service quality, performing service audits; ensure compliance with applicable norms, procedures, and deadlines for related services. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education. * Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Sanitation, or related fields.
