Job Mission Through leadership of the Sales and Execution Executives team — and, where applicable, promoters and/or merchandisers — within a specific area and/or channel, ensure the development of solid, consistent, and proactive customer relationships; support the creation of business plans aimed at significantly increasing HEINEKEN products’ presence at points of sale in a sustainable and profitable manner, considering cross-functional synergies and market trends; guarantee appropriate service levels through budget management, trade activities, credit, and innovations; and ensure flawless execution of assets and visual communications. Key Responsibilities Manage the Sales and Execution Executives team — and, where applicable, promoters and/or merchandisers — within a specific area and/or channel, ensuring support for their daily activities and professional growth; Develop solid, trust-based relationships with the customer portfolio by supporting the team in developing clear, effective, and transparent proposals; Gain deep knowledge of the customer portfolio — including retail chains (average transaction value, objectives, buyer profile, consumer profile, purchasing behavior, market context, potential, etc.) — and translate this knowledge into comprehensive, sustainable strategic actions to be shared with the team; Follow established processes, adhering to weekly schedules for customer base follow-up, support for direct reports, and internal process compliance; Stay aligned with HEINEKEN standard strategies (RTM, market), complementing them with local premises to create and implement customer portfolio business plans; Validate resource availability (execution materials, investments, promotions, innovations) to compose the business plan and support its implementation at customer sites; Ensure connectivity between yourself, your direct reports, and business support areas such as the Customer Service and Sales Hub (NAV), complying with all internal specifications; Support the development of robust business plans with clear short-, medium-, and long-term goals, always considering risks associated with future scenarios. These plans must undergo frequent reviews and remain continuously aligned with other business areas, managers, and direct reports, respecting company policies; Create analyses and follow-ups to support upcoming visits and validate agreed-upon plans with customers for presentation to managers; Conduct targeted training sessions for customers on how to best sell our products and on key business topics; Monitor the entire supply chain cycle (order capture, logistics, inventory turnover) for the customer portfolio and establish action plans if any issues arise; Prospect new points of sale (PDVs) and coordinate, together with operations, their onboarding; Ensure proper stewardship and achievement of targets related to assets loaned to points of sale; Guarantee and oversee compliance with legally mandated working hours by subordinates, as well as timely system-based time tracking; Ensure attendance at required trainings and internal processes — both for yourself and your direct reports — in accordance with company policies. Academic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
