With a strong aesthetic repertoire, technical proficiency, and artistic sensitivity, this professional creates, develops, and finalizes assets for integrated campaigns, ensuring visual consistency across different platforms and materials. Their work directly contributes to building brand identity, strengthening communication, and enhancing the creative team's deliverables. **Responsibilities and Duties** Create and develop **key visuals (KVs)** for integrated communication campaigns, following strategic visual concepts; Develop complete visual identities (print and digital); Produce assets for **email marketing** and CRM nurturing workflows; Create **offline and online** materials while maintaining visual and technical consistency; Ensure the technical and aesthetic quality of deliverables while respecting brand guidelines; Actively participate in the creative process by providing references and suggestions; Oversee the finalization process of assets to ensure technical accuracy and visual excellence. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in **Graphic Design**, **Advertising and Public Relations**, or related fields; Proven experience in art direction or graphic design; Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign); Portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical mastery, and strategic vision; Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks; Strong communication, collaboration, and proactive teamwork abilities.
