Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for driving and delivering vehicles to customers, providing support and information regarding the use of services and equipment, as well as assisting in various logistics and documentation operations. All selection processes conducted by **MOVIDA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for driving and delivering the vehicle to the customer, providing support and information on the usage of services, equipment, and accessories of the rented vehicle; * Assist in driving the vehicle during pickup and return to the customer; * Guide the customer during boarding and disembarking, assisting them with their belongings, equipment, and luggage; * Instruct on the use of specific equipment and accessories of rented vehicles; * Assist in transporting vehicles between branches and fuel stations, as well as other service providers; * Assist in verifying and delivering vehicle documents during the leasing process; * Assist in inspecting the fleet vehicles, indicating availability/unavailability, and supporting vehicle dispatch for maintenance procedures; * Assist in executing procedures for receiving new vehicles and all necessary actions to make them available for leasing; * Open, modify, replace, and close contracts in the system and/or ad hoc. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Valid and permanent Brazilian driver's license (Category B); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in customer service (retail experience is a plus) **Additional Information** We offer the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond.
