




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administration intern to work in the hotel governance department, assisting with administrative and operational routines and contributing to the organization and efficiency of internal processes. Internship in Administration with a focus on organization and proactivity We are looking for an Administration intern to work in the hotel’s governance department, assisting with administrative routines and operational control of the department, contributing to the organization and efficiency of internal processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in counting and controlling linens (bedding, bath linens, etc.); * Update and organize control spreadsheets; * Coordinate linen delivery to the laundry and track returns; * Support inventory and stock control within the department; * Assist with administrative routines of governance; * Support the team with daily departmental tasks. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an Administration program (or related fields); * Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity; * Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Interest in the hospitality industry; * Basic knowledge of administrative routines.
