We are looking for a professional who wants to directly contribute to process optimization, performance indicator management, and implementation of improvements that impact organizational results. **Key Responsibilities:** * Map, model, and optimize organizational processes * Lead and execute continuous improvement projects * Monitor performance indicators and validate data (BI vs. systems) * Conduct process audits and track action plans * Apply agile methodologies and quality tools * Develop and deliver internal training sessions * Support integration between Excel and Power BI **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields * Experience in process mapping and improvement * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) * Experience in data and performance indicator analysis * Preferred: familiarity with BPMN, Bizagi, Power BI, and process automation **Additional Information:** * Employment Type: CLT * Working Hours: 44 hours per week (Monday to Friday) **If you want to join a company that values efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement, apply now!**
