If you want to impact lives and be part of this journey, Stanza is the place for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop, update, and monitor physical and financial construction schedules. * Monitor construction progress, identifying deviations in schedule, cost, and productivity. * Monitor construction KPIs, assessing operational and cash flow impacts. * Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and generate management reports to support decision-making. * Consolidate and transform operational data into strategic information. * Monitor and control construction costs, proposing corrective actions when necessary. * Lead schedule reprogramming according to construction progress. * Monitor and oversee measurements of outsourced services, ensuring compliance with contracts and deliverables. * Monitor and control construction inventory, identifying risks, deviations, and optimization opportunities. * Suggest and track Action Plans (PDAs) in partnership with construction teams, pursuing continuous improvement of KPIs. * Consolidate construction-related requests for contract supplements, organizing and routing them to responsible departments. * Support standardization of planning and control processes and routines. * Manage multiple concurrent construction projects, ensuring organization and deadline adherence. * Interact with construction teams and executive management, ensuring alignment and clarity of information. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and increased operational efficiency. * Ensure reliability, timeliness, and integrity of planning information. * Use planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Prevision, or similar) for construction management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Prior experience in construction projects and/or planning and control activities; * Analytical profile, with strong data orientation and decision-making based on indicators; * Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with multidisciplinary teams; * Strong organizational skills, systemic vision, and sense of urgency to manage concurrent tasks; * Proficiency in planning and control tools (e.g., Prevision, MS Project, Power BI, or similar); * Preferred: Experience in vertical construction projects. **Additional Information** * Health insurance: SulAmérica and Hapvida (fixed monthly cost of 30% of the plan’s table value, with 30% co-payment); * Dental insurance \- Hapvida, SulAmérica, and Oral Santa Helena; * Life insurance \- MetLife; * Meal allowance; * Food voucher; * Totalpass; * Birthday day off; * Discounts on undergraduate, graduate, and MBA programs at partner institutions and universities (FVG, UNIT, and Estácio); * 5% discount on purchasing a Stanza property; * Profit-sharing program.
