The role will be on-site at a road construction project located in the Diamantina/MG region. Requirements Analyze technical and operational conditions required for field activities; Coordinate, guide, and supervise operational teams and work fronts; Monitor physical schedules and support planning of project phases; Perform measurements of completed services and support productivity control; Ensure compliance with technical standards, quality procedures, and occupational safety requirements; Support contract, supplier, and operational demand management for the project; Prepare technical reports and monitor project performance indicators.
