Opportunity for continuous improvement in management processes 4mti is looking for a Project Manager to join its team and play a strategic role in planning, executing, and delivering technology projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor and ensure adherence to deadlines, delivery quality, and agreed-upon requirements; * Manage scope changes, priorities, and demands, ensuring controlled project impact; * Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical areas, removing impediments and promoting workflow efficiency; * Serve as the focal point between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication; * Apply agile and/or traditional project management methodologies, as required by each initiative; * Monitor performance indicators, prepare status reports, and present results to leadership and clients; * Propose continuous improvements to project management processes, contributing to greater efficiency and delivery predictability. Requirements: **Requirements for this position:** * Completed or ongoing degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; * Availability for on-site work in Belo Horizonte (Funcionários neighborhood); * Prior experience in project management, preferably in technology environments; * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and/or traditional methodologies; * Familiarity with project management tools, activity tracking, and documentation; * Analytical, organizational, negotiation, and decision-making skills; * Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate clearly across different levels.
