You will be the voice of design, safeguarding an impeccable user experience. **Your Creative Day-to-Day:** * Develop user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for our web platform and mobile applications. * Collaborate closely with Product and Development teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with business objectives. * Create, maintain, and evolve our Design System, ensuring visual consistency and agility across the entire team. * Analyze user data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and validate your design proposals. **About Pigz** Pigz was founded in Roraima, and we proudly call ourselves a "Lavrado Startup"—rooted in our land while aiming high with cutting-edge technology. For us, it’s the primary tool for creating digital experiences. * Clear and concise communication to present and defend your design decisions, grounded in logic and best practices. * A critical eye and attention to detail—the traits that distinguish good design from memorable design. **Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves):** * A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to solve complex problems with elegant and functional design solutions. Basic knowledge of UX Writing to craft clear and effective interface copy. * Experience with usability research and testing. * Exposure to agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
