Knowledge of payroll systems and eSocial. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree (Administration, HR, Accounting, or related fields); Proven experience in the Human Resources Department; Proficiency in HR department routines and labor legislation; Knowledge of payroll systems and eSocial; Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity. **Responsibilities:** Payroll processing; Employee onboarding, contract terminations, and contract management; Timekeeping control and verification; Issuance and verification of pay slips; Vacation scheduling and calculation; Entry and verification of medical certificates; Termination formalities and support in labor proceedings; Severance calculations, overtime, allowances, and benefits; Updating registrations in eSocial; Monitoring ancillary obligations (CAGED, SEFIP, DIRF, RAIS, FGTS); Support in managing benefits (transportation allowance/meal voucher/food allowance); Application of labor legislation and internal regulations; Other duties related to the Human Resources Department
