Job Summary: A Bakery Assistant is responsible for preparing ingredients and dough, shaping, baking, checking product quality, organizing finished goods, and keeping the work area clean while supporting inventory control. Support inventory control of bakery supplies A supermarket in Boa Vista is seeking a Bakery Assistant. **Responsibilities:** Prepare ingredients and dough for breads, cakes, and savory snacks. Assist in shaping and weighing dough. Organize baking trays and assist in baking products. Check the quality and doneness of baked goods. Package products and arrange them for display in the store. Keep the work area clean and sanitized. Support inventory control of bakery supplies. Previous experience as a Bakery Assistant, Baker’s Helper, Oven Operator, or Pastry Assistant may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
