Development of administrative and office skills **Job Responsibilities:** Perform routine administrative tasks, supporting departments such as Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, Logistics, or Customer Service. Manage and organize documents; complete forms; update spreadsheets; and serve internal and external customers, always under direct supervision. * Assist in managing administrative documents (physical and digital); * Complete spreadsheets, forms, and simple reports; * Answer telephone calls, emails, and messages from internal and external customers; * Support file, correspondence, and office supply organization; * Perform basic data entry in internal systems (ERP or spreadsheets); * Assist with timekeeping, payroll processing, and other HR routines when required; * Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed by the department. **Technical Competencies:** Education: Completed High School. Technical course or professional qualification in administration is desirable. **Technical Skills Required:** * Proficient typing and document organization skills; * Basic knowledge of administrative and financial procedures; * Familiarity with public service principles; * Proficiency with computerized systems and office software.
