Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing civil construction projects, as well as managing preventive and corrective building maintenance, ensuring compliance and resource optimization. Focus on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and technical standards Plan, coordinate, execute, and supervise civil construction projects, as well as manage preventive and corrective building maintenance activities, ensuring building integrity, compliance with technical standards, and resource optimization. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and monitor physical and financial project schedules; * Conduct technical inspections and issue engineering reports, assessments, and expert opinions; * Develop and review executive architectural and engineering projects for small-scale constructions; * Manage contracts with contractors and service providers, supervising execution in accordance with technical, safety, and quality standards; * Analyze and approve construction materials and methods, focusing on efficiency and cost-effectiveness; * Monitor project budgets and propose technical solutions to reduce costs and improve performance; * Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality requirements, and applicable legislation (NRs, ABNT standards, building codes, etc.); * Support technical document management and licensing procedures with public agencies; * Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of civil, hydraulic, and structural installations; * Proactively identify and resolve structural and building conservation issues; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (occupational safety, electrical, hydraulic, architecture, etc.). **Requirements:** **Education:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering * Active registration with CREA **Experience:** * Experience in small-scale construction projects and contracts. **Technical Knowledge:** * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD * MS Project (desirable) * Knowledge of technical standards and legislation applicable to civil construction and building maintenance * Knowledge of budgeting and project coordination * Familiarity with SIENGE is a plus
