Job Summary: A technical professional in building construction to supervise, coordinate, and control construction projects, ensuring quality and compliance with project specifications and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate work fronts and teams. 2. Control quality and prevent material waste. 3. Interpret project documents and ensure workplace safety. **Job Profile:** * Technical course in building construction; * Advanced reading and interpretation of project documents (architectural, structural, installations); * Proficiency in construction processes (masonry, concrete, finishes, waterproofing, etc.); * Coordination of simultaneous work fronts; * Quality control of executed services; * Knowledge of construction techniques and best practices; * Supervise and guide work teams (bricklayers, laborers, carpenters, rebar workers, etc.); * Assign tasks and monitor service execution according to the construction schedule; * Interpret project documents (architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing) and ensure their correct implementation; * Control material usage to avoid waste and ensure quality; * Request materials and equipment as required by the project; * Monitor adherence to deadlines and production targets; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and proper use of PPE; * Conduct quality inspections on executed services; * And other duties inherent to the position.
