We operate at the center of an ecosystem dedicated to precision health—digitizing healthcare, helping drive productivity, and improving outcomes for patients, providers, health systems, and researchers worldwide. **What You’ll Do** * Perform comprehensive technical service calls for maintenance and installation of medical imaging equipment, resolving complex, multi-symptom issues. * Engage daily with physicians and technicians regarding equipment status; proactively ensure customer satisfaction. * Provide support during sales visits to accounts. * Assist in training others as needed. * Identify sales opportunities and communicate them to the account team. * Ensure timely completion of service work order reports. * Maintain effective quality systems and programs aligned with GE HealthCare Service Quality Policies and EHS standards. **What You’ll Need:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Biomedical Equipment Engineering, or Mechatronics. * Experience maintaining medical equipment. * Intermediate or Advanced English proficiency.
