Job Summary: The professional will prospect and retain customers, present the laboratory's products and services, and collaborate with teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate with the logistics and customer service team Main Responsibilities: * Prospect and retain customers and partners; * Present laboratory products and services in a technical and consultative manner; * Achieve commercial objectives and contribute to the growth of the customer portfolio; * Prepare visit reports and performance follow-up reports; * Participate in and help plan marketing and promotional strategies with customers; * Attend training sessions on products and internal laboratory procedures; * Collaborate with the logistics and customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction; * Plan and coordinate laboratory promotion events and campaigns. **We Offer:** * Total remuneration of R$3.440,00 (salary + allowance); * Performance-based bonuses after the probationary period (approximately R$500.00 to R$1.500,00); * Opportunity for professional development and growth; * Welcoming and collaborative work environment; **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 (with 2-hour lunch break); Saturday, from 07:00 to 11:00. **Benefits:** VR Multi R$540.00 (usable at supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, or gas stations) **Required Qualifications:** Requirements * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in health sciences, pharmacy, biomedical sciences, biology, or related fields; * Prior experience in a laboratory and/or as a commercial representative, for at least one year; * Valid driver’s license (Class B), driving experience, and availability for travel; * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; * Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities; * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Familiarity with CRM systems (desirable); * Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented profile. **About the Company:** Pontes de Albuquerque is a medical diagnostic laboratory offering unique and differentiated service.
