Achieve lead conversion targets **JOB MISSION** The Commercial Assistant will be responsible for converting qualified leads into enrollments, playing a crucial role in the Unit's growth and success. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Contact leads generated by Marketing and act to convert leads into enrollments; * Understand leads' needs and interests and present customized solutions that meet their expectations. * Persuasively present the benefits and differentiators of our educational courses and programs. * Overcome objections and resolve any concerns raised by leads to close enrollments. * Achieve and exceed the lead-to-enrollment conversion targets established by the institution. * Follow up on Unit applicants proactively to convert them into enrollments within established deadlines; * Ensure accurate recording of all interactions; **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Academic background in related fields (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Sales) is considered a plus.
