Responsibilities and Duties **JOB 1 – SERVICE** * In-person, telephone, or email service to GEAP beneficiaries and affiliated agencies; * Performing administrative tasks related to beneficiary registration; * Responding to service orders concerning beneficiary registration; * Receiving, registering, and forwarding beneficiary requests to the appropriate department; * Analyzing system-generated alerts and correcting inconsistencies in the registration database; * Recording service interactions in the system; * Registering complaints, suggestions, and compliments; **JOB 2 – ADMINISTRATIVE ROUTINES** * Providing support for Ombudsman services; * Preparing, receiving, and forwarding technical and administrative documents; * Preparing internal reports; * Procuring consumables and third-party services; * Entering data into the system, organizing documentation, and sending it to the archives; * Handling general financial and administrative routines, as well as other duties relevant to the position and/or department; * Performing other related duties within the scope of the role. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed High School education validated by MEC; * Experience in public-facing service routines; * Experience in administrative routines; * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, and email. Desirable Requirements * Completed or ongoing Higher Education degree; * Experience in Health Insurance Operators.
