Guarantee of quality and customer service. **Technical and Behavioral Requirements:** **Technical (Hard Skills):** * Completed high school education (higher education in Administration preferred). * Prior experience in supermarket retail, preferably in perishable goods. * Knowledge of inventory control, loss prevention, and performance indicators. * Familiarity with good food handling practices (ANVISA). * Basic knowledge of management systems (ERP) and Microsoft Office suite. **Behavioral:** * Leadership and team management. * Organization and sense of priority. * Proactivity and decision-making ability. * Focus on results and goals. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Attention to quality and detail. * Resilience and ability to work under pressure. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily operations in perishable goods departments. * Ensure proper product display, restocking, and pricing. * Monitor product expiration dates, quality, and storage conditions. * Track losses, damages, and waste indicators. * Place purchase orders and manage departmental inventory. * Lead, guide, and develop the team (scheduling, training, and performance monitoring). * Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and sanitary surveillance regulations. * Monitor departmental sales targets and margins. * Provide customer service, addressing inquiries and complaints. Monitor internal and external audits. * Implement improvements in operational processes and department layout.
