Model: In-person support for a 3AM IT client. Duration: Fixed-term – 1 month, with possibility of extension; Business Hours; Work location: Vicinity of Boa Vista/RR **Responsibilities and Duties:** Perform field-based microcomputing and telecommunications support; Resolve technical issues directly at client sites; Availability to cover shifts whenever required; Install and configure devices and systems as needed; Availability to cover for clients during vacations, absences, or medical leaves; Readiness for last-minute travel, with a minimum stay of up to one week in another city/state; Availability for daily assignments (average of 300 km per day, subject to demand variation); Availability for trips exceeding 300 km. **Qualifications and Requirements:** Technical Knowledge: Hardware and software/microcomputing Basic networking knowledge, including routers, switches, APs, and telecommunications Own vehicle required (motorcycles are not permitted); Availability for long-distance travel (exceeding 300 km); Availability for last-minute travel, with a minimum stay of one week away; Availability to cover vacations, absences, and medical leaves; Equipment: Notebook, HD/Pendrive (32GB, 64GB, and 128GB — 64GB and 128GB mandatory); Console cable; Cable tester; Cable locator; Crimping pliers; Screwdriver kit; Smartphone with internet access and Android OS. **Materials:** Basic repair and maintenance tools, including flat-head and Phillips screwdrivers. **Additional Information:** This is a fixed-term PJ opportunity. Expected start date: 01/04/2026, working Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, with a 1-hour lunch break. Compensation: BRL 2,800.00 (prorated over actual business days worked) (service fee inclusive of all costs) + mileage reimbursement at BRL 0.95 per km. Payment will be based solely on days actually worked. Days without service delivery—including holidays, absences, and tardiness—will not be compensated, per prior agreement between parties.
