Job Summary: Social worker to provide beneficiary monitoring, home visits, coordination of the socio-assistance network, and family guidance in Boa Vista. Key Highlights: 1. Conducting home visits and network coordination Description: Education: Bachelor's degree in Social Work. * Previous experience in this role. Knowledge and skills: work with children and adolescents; work with migrants and refugees; Office 365; integrated system. * Responsible for monitoring beneficiaries of the unit’s projects and supporting families served in Boa Vista; * Strive to deliver assistance and integration to the population served by the unit; * Conduct home visits to assess the actual living conditions of the population served by the unit; * Monitor the progress of project beneficiaries, identifying family needs, verifying requirements for referrals, and coordinating with the local socio-assistance network; * Participate in network coordination meetings to seek partnerships, improvements, and referrals for the served population; * Plan and deliver lectures and guidance sessions for served families, informing them of their rights; * Participate in working group (WG) meetings on education and protection with other institutions’ programs to exchange experiences and acquire knowledge; * Register project beneficiaries of the unit and recorded services in the Social Action System (PAS); * Support the Project Assistant in developing and adapting projects whenever necessary; * Support the team during colleagues’ vacations and absences, as requested by Management; * Participate in planning, organizing, and executing unit events; * Monitor, together with Management, business plan presentations by entrepreneurs participating in the Program; * Assess potential beneficiaries eligible for financial support, conducting visits and identifying profiles matching the Project funder’s criteria; * Supervise social work interns assigned to the unit; * Review documentation of families to be accommodated at the transit house and provide guidance on referrals to the local socio-assistance network; * Guide unit volunteers’ tasks whenever necessary, supporting management; * Ensure quality, individual/collective safety, and a positive organizational climate, maintaining personal work organization, building good relationships with superiors and team members, following superiors’ instructions, reporting any irregularities to them, and complying fully with internal regulations and quality, hygiene, safety, and relevant legal requirements, thereby contributing to a more productive, high-quality, healthy, and safe workplace; * Perform other duties related to the position or projects, as required or requested by the supervisor; * Welcome entrepreneurs seeking information during service delivery; * Collaborate in training activities led by the Social Educator; * Responsible for registering daily training activities, users, and data of female beneficiaries participating in training in the system; * Support the administrative team in its tasks and needs, and respond to beneficiaries’ needs; * Support training activities, including snacks and coffee breaks; * Act transparently and coherently in accordance with the Internal Regulations, Protection Policy, and the Foundation’s values. 251210020218144327
