Ensure compliance with internal and external standards and guidelines. **Location:** Blumenau, Santa Catarina, Brazil **Job ID:** R0121406 **Date Posted:** 2026\-04\-22 **Company Name:** HITACHI ENERGY BRASIL LTDA. **Profession (Job Category):** Production \& Skilled Trades **Job Schedule:** Full time **Remote:** No **Job Description:** **The Opportunity:** Responsible for performing and guiding the assembly and/or disassembly of transformers and reactors on the company's production lines, ensuring compliance with product specifications as defined by design documents, standards, and technical procedures, while meeting requirements related to Quality, Health, Occupational Safety, Environment, and Integrity. **How You Will Make an Impact:** * Guide and carry out assembly and/or disassembly activities in accordance with production orders, fulfilling product and quality requirements and procedures, reading and interpreting drawings with their respective technical specifications, and complying with health, occupational safety, environmental, and integrity standards. * Guide and identify the sequence of assembly and/or disassembly operations according to the production plan, appropriately using machinery and equipment in line with pre\-established procedures. Examples include preparing tanks to receive the dry and pressed active part; preparing the reassembly box to ensure all required devices are available for use during pressing and reassembly of the active part; removing the active part from the oven using an overhead crane, paying special attention to the load capacity of slings and steel cables used for lifting; transporting the active part to the reassembly area and subsequently placing it into the tank. * Assemble accessories onto the tank (valves, monitoring equipment, pipes, conservators) as specified in drawings, and perform applied voltage and turns ratio tests on transformers. * Package and dispatch disassembled parts for shipment. Additionally, assist in loading the transformer onto the trailer as specified in transportation instructions. * Ensure compliance with applicable internal and external standards, procedures, and guidelines. **Requirements:** * Completed High School Education * Technical Course in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Preferred: Training in NR10 (Electrical Safety), Overhead Crane Operation, NR33 (Confined Space), Working at Heights, and Elevating Work Platforms. **All our job openings are also open to persons with disabilities (PwD).
