Representing clients in hearings and negotiations **Job Responsibilities:** * Draft and review initial petitions, responses, appeals, and submissions in medium-complexity proceedings; * Conduct legal research and draft technical opinions on matters related to banking law; * Manage procedural deadlines, ensuring quality and timely delivery; * Represent clients in hearings and investigative actions, conducting negotiations and discussions in credit recovery proceedings; * Advise clients on legal queries involving financial transactions, banking contracts, guarantees, and negotiable instruments; * Participate in drafting strategic reports for clients, identifying risks, opportunities, and jurisprudential trends; * Support training of junior lawyers and interns by sharing technical knowledge and best practices. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Law; * Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in law firms or banking legal departments; * Familiarity with the CPJ system for case management and tracking; * Experience in mass litigation (high-volume litigation); * Knowledge of electronic court systems (e\-SAJ, PJe, Projudi, etc.); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal software.
