Job Summary: This position involves negotiating, purchasing, and supplying services, fixed assets, and supplies, while managing inventory, registering materials, developing suppliers, and ensuring quality. Key Highlights: 1. Manage the procurement portfolio and monitor inventory. 2. Evaluate and develop new suppliers to ensure quality. 3. Monitor supplier delivery deadlines to ensure production flow. This position is responsible for negotiating, purchasing, and supplying services, fixed assets, and supplies required by the company; monitoring requests to maintain minimum inventory levels; controlling consigned materials; registering new materials and assigning them to the appropriate warehouse; and evaluating and developing suppliers in accordance with the company's quality standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the procurement portfolio, tracking purchase requests, staying aware of market conditions and opportunities offered by suppliers, negotiating prices, discounts, and delivery terms, and monitoring established minimum inventory levels to ensure the company’s supply needs are met; * Register new materials, evaluating which warehouse they will be allocated to, to ensure correct receipt; * Evaluate performance and develop new suppliers, using statistical data from the procurement system and supplier certifications to comply with the Integrated Quality Management System, monitoring market companies and trade fairs, receiving recommendations, and conducting research to identify new supply alternatives. * Monitor supplier delivery deadlines, verifying them in reports and assessing historical performance, taking action to claim or replace suppliers to ensure raw materials are delivered on time and do not disrupt production flow; * Comply with safety regulations inherent to the position and organization; * Comply with organizational and cleanliness standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * 1–2 years of experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is desirable. * Inventory management experience is desirable. * Negotiation techniques knowledge is desirable. * Financial mathematics (HP12\) knowledge is desirable. * Analytical ability. * Attention to detail. * Agility. * Prioritization skills. * Autonomy. * Supports area indicator management. * Proficient in Strategic Sourcing tools. **Additional Information** **Benefits offered:** On-site cafeteria (**BRL 2.61 per meal**) Group life insurance UNIMED Health Plan (Company covers 100% of the monthly premium for the employee after the 3-month probation period) On-site clinic and occupational physician Free parking for bicycles, motorcycles, and cars Pharmacy partnerships PPR – Profit Sharing Program (paid **twice per year**) Transportation allowance Leisure area and kiosk Altona Library “Conta Comigo” Program (Financial counseling, psychological support, legal guidance, nutritional consultation, social assistance) AACA – Altona Athletic and Cultural Association (sports gymnasium, soccer fields, and beach volleyball courts) **And more:** Internal growth opportunities Long-service recognition award Internal events and celebrations Scholarship program (per current internal policy) Electro Aço Altona S.A. was founded on March 8, 1924, as a small foundry and mechanical repair shop.
